What we collect

Your work email address when you join the founding member list or contact us, and the name, company, billing and order details you give us when you buy a tool.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to send you the tools and updates you've bought, to issue licences and invoices, and, if you've asked to join the founding member list, to tell you about founding places and new tools.

Our lawful basis

Performing our contract with you when you buy, our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries, and your consent for the founding member list. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the business, such as our email, payment and form providers, and only so they can provide that service. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Order and licence records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. List sign-ups until you ask us to remove you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@thedeveloperdesk.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
